Welcome to HFA Zoom Fellowship
Who are we? What’s our Purpose? What do we do? When do we meet?
We are believers in Jesus Christ who embrace the Victorious Gospel—that Jesus is truly the Savior of the whole World. We gather together to encourage, comfort and build one another up in our Victorious Savior and to nurture community (1) and oneness in Christ-honoring conversations. CLICK HERE
We are a nurturing group, not a discussion forum. Our love and concern for one another takes precedence over the pursuit of knowledge. This bonds our hearts together paving the way for deep friendships in Christ.
There are countless ways in which we encourage and strengthen one another in our hope and faith. But underlying it all, is our reliance on the Holy Spirit who abides in and speaks through each one of us. (2) We welcome and encourage everyone to share something that’s on their heart. For example . . .
-We share about ourselves—our difficulties and challenges, and also our victories.
-We share our stories, scriptures, testimonies, convictions of heart—the reasons for the Hope that is in us. (3)
-We pray for one another and whatever we are concerned or burdened about.
-We praise and worship God.
-We share thoughts, experiences, discoveries, songs, quotations, poems and psalms.
-We share things we’ve read, or heard or seen—like an excerpt from a sermon or a YouTube video.
-We announce important events such as conferences, new books and movie releases .
-We recommend authors, teachers, books, articles, blogs, videos, sermons, podcasts and documentaries.
Finally, we explore and resolve our questions together without getting lost in the weeds of trying to figure out every mystery or solve every question. That role belongs to the Holy Spirit who unfolds all truth in His time. Instead we stay focused on building up one another by encouraging each other to rejoice and rest in the comprehensive Scriptural basis for the Victorious Gospel, along with the moral and philosophical pillars which support it.
Our Nurturing Hope gatherings meet on Sundays. All our welcome!
Sundays: 2:30 – 4:00 pm Main event with open mic fellowship & encouragement.
