Hope For All’s Unique Features

My hope was that Hope For All might be helpful as a defense for our Hope as Peter urges: Always be prepared to give a reason for your hope. 1 Pet 3:15.

I wanted to provide a simple, one-size-fits-all reference that would achieve seven things.

  1. Be brief—so more people would read it.
  2. Be easy to grasp with simple language—so everyone understands it.
  3. Keep it simple, by placing supporting details in end notes.
  4. Make it authoritative, by providing extensive end notes for serious Bible students.
  5. Establish a solid foundation on ten major Biblical themes with abundant Scripture support.
  6. Format the text to function as a study-guide; which would also enhance skimming for quick review.
  7. Offer tentative answers to more than 40 pertinent questions.

Now may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing . . . abounding in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit. Rom. 15:13
